The postpartum period (also known as the "4th trimester"), can be a very vulnerable time for birthing people and their families. The physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions that take place during this time can be difficult without proper support. My job as a postpartum doula is to support you and your family in such a way that is tailor-made to you and your unique needs.
As your postpartum doula, here are some of the services I can provide:

Cooking nutrient dense, postpartum specific meals and beverages (Kashrut accommodating)
